Cory Missell is a litigation attorney who focuses his practice on helping people facing serious issues of Criminal Defense, DWI, Vehicle & Traffic, Juvenile/Youthful Offenses, and Civil Litigation. Mr. Missell has 20+ years of diverse legal experience in Western New York; having worked for several local law firms practicing in both the private and public sector, having operated his own private practice, and having acted as general counsel for a local Buffalo corporation.

Mr. Missell obtained his Juris Doctorate from the State University at Buffalo School of Law and his undergraduate degree in The Public Policy of Law from Hobart & William Smith Colleges. He is admitted to the Federal, District, Bankruptcy and 4th Department Courts in New York.

Before his admission to law, Mr. Missell was an instructor for college students preparing for the LSAT (entrance exam for law school), participated in the Moot Court / Mock Trial oral advocacy program for eleven years throughout schooling, and was fortunate to intern at the U.S. Supreme Court during the 1999-2000 term that heard and decided Bush v. Gore. Cory is also a proud Eagle Scout.
