Tiveron Law Welcomes Attorney Edward P. Yankelunas

Tiveron Law Attorneys at Law is pleased to announce the hiring of Attorney Edward P. Yankelunas to the Tiveron Law team.

Mr. Yankelunas comes to us from Underberg & Kessler where he practiced in their banking, construction, creditors’ rights and litigation areas. Mr. Yankelunas has a vast amount of experience representing individuals in complex commercial litigation, corporate and business clients and public entities. 

This includes a variety of business disputes such as construction and contract litigation, accounting malpractice, bankruptcy fraud, corporate dissolution litigation, non-competition agreement disputes, false advertising suits, unfair competition litigation, and other civil litigation matters. His experience includes class actions and cases involving workers compensation trusts, intellectual property, defamation, product liability and personal injury
