New Hires- Rebecca Guerra and Jeffrey Tyrpak

Tiveron Law Attorneys at Law is pleased to announce the hiring of two new attorneys to the Tiveron Law team.

Rebecca Guerra: 

Rebecca M. Guerra currently focuses her practice in Tiveron Law’s Estate Planning & Elder Law department.  She practices in areas of probate estates, estate planning, trusts and guardianship law.

Prior to joining Tiveron Law, Ms. Guerra practiced in the areas of medical malpractice defense and workers’ compensation defense law.

Ms. Guerra received her Juris Doctor degree in 2012, Magna Cum Laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Before law school, Ms. Guerra was an executive with a workflow software firm in Rochester, New York.

Jeffrey Tyrpak:

Mr. Tyrpak started practicing at a small firm in New York City before returning home to the area about a year ago.  In his most recent position he worked in Trust and Estate Law, doing planning, guardianship, and estate administration work. 

Prior to that in New York City he was doing litigation in federal court dealing with collective bargaining agreements and ERISA for employee benefit funds, and handling government compliance work under the Affordable Care Act and ERISA.
