Rachel L. Wright

Rachel Wright is an attorney practicing in the firm’s Corporate & Business Law Department with an emphasis on business formation, contractual and employment issues, SLA filing, and other various needs of hospitality and small businesses. Prior extensive experience in the hospitality industry gives Rachel a unique understanding of the legal needs of that industry.

Ms. Wright obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Buffalo School of Law after acquiring a Bachelor’s and Master of Arts degree, which she utilized in arts management for a performing arts nonprofit community program.

Rachel’s passion for music and art is only trumped by her enthusiasm for the bartending trade, where she was the Founder & President of the United States Bartenders’ Guild and a whiskey brand ambassador while also winning several national and regional cocktail competitions.
